• Capturing of all Finished Goods orders via the Randfontein depots – Traditional Trade – Modern Trade and Horeca – Direct deliveries for Spar/Shoprite/PNP

• Liaising with account managers with regards to orders placed and queries regarding delivery and delivery instructions – any changes to orders etc.

• Making sure that orders are placed according to the SLA-NND

• Assist in answering of phone calls in a polite & efficient manner.

• Following up on pricing issues with pricing admin (SSC team Penang)

• Ensuring that all orders with special delivery instructions are clearly marked

• Pro forma invoices  

• Staff Sales orders- capturing and liaising with HR for deductions off salaries

• Cash Sale Orders  – To follow up with sales representative regarding cash collection and payment to debtors to release blocked orders

• (cancelling all back orders, requesting reps to advise if orders in the system are still valid – following up with debtors on credit limit blocks - releases - OTIF)

• Customer service – All round, new customer queries

• Update booking slots confirmation for Spar and Shoprite orders

• Checking the daily payments/age analysis against the daily open orders

• Scanning all documents on Sharepoint.
