I hold N6 certificate in Human Resource Management, current studying Bachelor Degree in HRM from the University of South Africa. The past 17 months I was exposed to the HRM duties as a HRM in service training. I was appointed by the department of public works (North Coast Regional Office). 

I am passionated about working with people and helping them by attending their inquiries and provide solutions, I am a good organizer, I plan all my work schedules ahead to meet the team's objectives. I go above and beyond to deliver every task. I am capable of working as independent and I strive under pressure so well and deliver. I welcome everyone challenges with the positive mindset of succeeding beyond challenges.

attend all HRM inquiries, making copies, attending emails and reports,Capturing leaves onto persal, compile HR cost monthly, coordinate the event and development and forward to the HRD, update the registry, compile minutes of the HRM forum meetings, filing all personnel files, attend IOD reports and follow-up. Capturing of exist employees. Assisting with selection process.
