Using the following:

  • WineScan
  • Sulphur dioxide with flow injection analyzer(FIA)
  • Volatile acidity by steam distillation method
  • Capture results in LIMS programme
  • Methanol content using (GC-FID)
  • Preservatives (sorbic acid) using HPLC
  • Heavy metals (Pb,Fe,Cu,Zn and As) using GFAAS.
 

Experience
