Nolubabalo Sobetwa

I am Nolubabalo Sobetwa I currently work at ERP Solution centre as a Senior ERP Analyst.I have a National Diploma and SAP Certification (Business Process Integration with SAP S/4HANA. I have 15 years’ experience working for ERP Solution Centre. 

I am working at the SAP Real Estate team whereby I am responsible for supporting the SAP Loans Management, room reservation and case management solution for the City of Cape Town. As part of my daily job is to support the End Users by providing them with solutions for the Service requests they log at the SAP helpdesk. I provide them with advice, solutions and do enhancements on their programs when needed. I work closely with Developers to test those enhancements. I am responsible for writing the Functional Specifications for the new developments. I mentor ERP Analysts.

 I work on Projects from start, implementation and support stage.

I have a natural ability for expressing issues in a logical and understandable way in both written and verbal communications.  I enjoy interacting with other people on an individual basis and sharing knowledge.

I’ve made a difference by being a flexible person in terms of the gaining, sharing and implementation of knowledge, adapting to change in my working environment and my ability to be a healthy team player.  I am proactive at all times and will assist in whichever way I can to solve, prevent and address problems. I am goal orientated. I’m able to work without supervision and can be depended upon to adhere to company standards and to achieve and surpass set targets.
