I am an approachable person, who is passionate about service delivery. I am a determined individual, who is self-sufficient as well as a team player. I have 17 years’ experience, skills, knowledge and qualifications in: business development, finance, risk management, insurance, banking, motor industry, compliance, forecasting, budgeting, leadership, operations, credit, sales, call center, customer service, administration, marketing, communications, technology and many more.
Activities extend across different departments, including but not limited: sales, marketing, project management, product management and vendor management. In addition, networking, problem solving, negotiations, decision making, assess expansion potentials , forecasting, investigating, partnerships and cost-saving effort are also involved, but not limited to my skills set and experience. I have experience in the finance and insurance sector , vehicle asset finance and short - term insurance . I have worked in a banking environment holding multiple positions. I have worked at a dealer sector environment. All of these environments that I have worked have heled me to gain more knowledge, understanding and skills in the industry. I understand the industry better and mostly the customer from both baking and dealer level (internal and external), assisting me to understand the customer from a more holistic view.
Education
I have my RE1, NQF 4 and NQF 5 in banking (credit and sales, core banking and financial services). I have a diploma in information technology. Class of business in insurance :short term, long term, economic and investment, financial overview. Certificate in legal, professional matter pertaining to asset base finance . Certificate for perform mathematical calculation in an asset base finance environment. NCA mandate.
