Administrative Assistants
Approximate rate: ZARR 60 per hour

Experience

Receiving Customers and assisting with queries.  Creating new documentation when needed; Data capturing; Typing; Filing; Drafting letters; Handled correspondence via e-mail or post; Taking of minutes; Responding to queries received; Marketing when needed and creating the documentation thereof. I believe I am very strong in administration.

Receiving of cash and reconciliation thereof; Invoicing; Creditors; Debtors; Assisting / supporting GM and Directors; Handling queries regarding finances; Recon statements for clients and company.  I always double check myself to make sure work is correct.

 

 

Education

Matric/Grade 12

Microsoft packages: Word; Excel; Access; Power Point; Outlook

Pastel Accounting; Quick Books; Sage.  I can do research on internet and learn new programs very fast.

I have a code 8 with a PDP driver’s license; transported children with a minibus.
