 · Scanning parcels in and out on delivery.

· Booking MTN, Capitec and Adhoc collections.

· Monitoring efficiency of collections and deliveries of overnight express parcels.

 · Monitoring branch Pre-alerts.

· Solving problematic deliveries and collections.

Projects

1. UNISA Assignments submission project

· Ensured the driver collected on time and liaised with our head office when there were delays

· Captured the assignments on to Dispatcher software

· Ensured Ops team did weigh station and sent off the assignments daily

· Reported to branch manager on important milestones.

· Awarded employee of the month for my input and going the extra mile on this project.

· Booking collections for exam material.

 

2. DBE Book Distribution

· Was tasked to manage the PODs and CODs for these deliveries and ensuring they were updated on the system and sent to our head office for billing

· I was the quality controller for the PODs ensuring they confirmed to the ministry of education’s requirements before submission

· I was tasked to capture and upload fuel costs for the project as well as truck rentals.

· Planning of the 2017 Mpumalanga Investor conference

· Sourced sponsors and grants
