About Nokuphila Siluma:

I’m currently working for SASSA as a Supervisor in the Administration and Operations unit. I have been working there for the past 17 years and 06 months. I enrolled at TUT in Pretoria, and I have obtained my Certificate in Human Resources Management, I also obtained a Certificate in Payroll Administration also at TUT. 

I am a dedicated person who is also able to work under pressure and without supervision. Through the many years that I have worked in the public sector, I have gained a lot of knowledge and experience on how one should behave in a workplace environment, not forgetting to adhere to the rules and regulations of the company. I always put a time frame for all the work that I’m expected to do, so that I’m able to meet the deadline. 

I would highly appreciate if I can get this position, and with no doubt, the company is going to benefit in me through the skills that I have achieved for these past years.

I have gained a lot of experience in my current job, where i've learnt how to be discipled at work, how to engage with other stakeholders, how to promote a good and healthy working environment.  How to conduct yourself, adhering to the rules and regulations of the company.
