Nokulunga Shangase

I am a person who is eager to learn, a down to earth person who loves to collaborate, works well in a team and just loves life and fascinated by building designs and interior spaces.

I am Nokulunga Shangase, originally from Rustenburg, I hold an honors degree in Property studies acquired from the university of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg. I have worked as an assistant Property Manager, I was assisting a portfolio manager with both sectional title  and HOA around Rustenburg.I am eager to learn to expand and I am willing to expand my wings in life, hence i do not limit myself to my degree only but i take my time to volunteer at my Local disability center as a administrator.

I have a degree in Property studies, a four year degree that has an honors Dissertation. Major subjects are Economics, Valuation, Property Development, Real Estate Management, Real Estate Finance.
