I am able to adapt to any situation that I am thrown in, by learning everything that I have to learn and persevering to make sure that my efforts are not in vain. I'm passionate about helping others through my work as a diagnostic radiographer. Though just being post comservv, I am in the process of acquiring all the necessary skills I need to be a competent radiographer and hope I can continue to gain valuable experience by working at high-quality care hospitals.

*Prepare x-ray and CT room for the patient.
*Prepare and position patients for imaging and select exposure factors accordingly.
*Acquire adequate patient history in order to provide radiographs that are of diagnostic
quality.
*Perform mobile x-rays for patients that are unable to go to the x-ray department.
*Performing CT imaging with and without the use of contrast media.
*Performing fluoroscopic and theatre screening in order to guide the physician during
relevant procedures.
*Practicing radiation protection for the safety of the patients, colleagues and for myself as
well.
*Understanding and being able to use PACS system.
