Noel Takudzwa Udinge

Noel is a qualified Banker and Credit Risk Officer, with over 19 years of working experience. He has experience in Loan sales, Loan origination, Credit Risk Management, Credit policy formulation, review and implementation, Standard Operating Procedure formulation, review and implementation as well as Account Receivable Collections

In addition, Noel has monitoring and internal reporting, regulatory reporting as well as project management experience. Noel has supervised teams at various junior and middle management positions he has held in his career. He holds a Master's Degree in Business Leadership and is currently studying Level II of the Certified Credit Professional from the Credit Institute of Canada. 

Assessment of loan applications, ensuring adherence to Credit policies. Promoting the sale of loan products, Assessment and review of  loan applications for submission to Credit Committees. Review & implementation of Loan portfolio using Credit risk Dashboards.                                                                   Identification, measurement and management of emerging credit risks Monthly reporting of A/R Collections from Post Investments division, Credit Policies review, IFRS9 implementation, 

Secretarial and administration of the Credit Risk Monitoring Committee & ALCO. Review and implementation of Credit Policies.  Creation and tracking of departmental operational plan. Departmental budgeting. External stakeholder engagements.
