I am diligent,punctual, honest, well spoken and burning the midnight oil to overcome milestones is part of my work ethic. I have gleaned 30+ years in the building /construction trade, of which a large part was in a hands on position as an old school all round carpenter/ joiner with an N4 certificate and trade test pass. I am familiar with the setting out, surveying, erection and finishing off of projects entailing shopping centres, theatre, hospitals, multi story buildings, upmarket resedential and heritage sites. I am adept in the administrative side of the project including quantifying and the ordering of materials, and good at problem solving given my vast experience. Just give me my letter of appointment, the drawings, equipment and manpower to boot, and I'll see to the rest 

I have graduated from being an all round  /finishing hand carpenter and have had experience with dry walling, timber ceilings, roofing, decking, pools, tiling, bricklaying, plumbing as well during my journey towards achieving my post in a supervisor/foreman /manager capacity
