briefing the drivers for each trip.Loading capacity for each truck.Checking lose and gains ,attend customer queries ,alcohol testing,making sure that the drivers ware a PPE ,checklist before dispatching.To give the driver a correct loading and offloading documents.Opening of job cards and send it workshop before dispatching.

De briefing the drivers returning from trip.check all the documents (delivery note ,bill of landing such as meter tickets)capture all the documents.Near-miss and  constraints ,assist administration about the documents, ,customer service.I  might not impressing but i know that i do the work.
