• Train Foodservice staff on therapeutic diets and menu analysis including portioning.
• Conduct random quality checks on therapeutic diets (preparation and dishing up).

• Ensures that foods are served in conformity with individual dietary prescriptions. Participate in scheduled catering committee meetings.
