i am a qualified chef with over 4 years experience in the culinary industry. I am always open to learn new techniques and skills to better myself as a chef and I’m a big believer in working a team to complete tasks. I always push myself and my team to reach the next level 

I’ve worked in different sections in the culinary industry. i have few months experience in the front of house then over 4 years in the kitchen. I’ve worked in banquet kitchen and ala carte kitchen, I have experience in the cold and hot section.

I’ve worked in Ushaka Marine , tango sun elangenI , CTICC, BBQ boys street food and The Broadmoor hotel and resort 

I have a National diploma in Catering Management, obtained From Durban University of Technology
