About Nkosinathi Sbongiseni Nyandeni :

I am a qualified Millwright and Fitter Artisan who had a training at TSAM. I have N4 fitting certificate and NQF level 2 Mechatronics. I have worked experience as assembler, rovang inspector and artisan aid.

I am very good in fault finding, reading electrical and mechanical blueprints, stripping and repairing faulty equipments. I am good in programming vsd, PLC fault finding pneumatics and hydraulic installation and fault finding.

I have fair experience in boilers, chillers, reverse osmosis plant.

I also have code 10 drivers licence and Microsoft word certificate

Experience

Trained in millwright and fitter as per merseta requrements  including operating milling, centre lathe and welding.

Worked at paint shop and gained experience in boilers, hvacs, fans, pump systems, paint booths, conveyers and PLC operations.

Worked in press plant and gained more experience in hydraulics, pneumatics and general operations and maintenance of press machines.

Worked as rovang inspector where I had to inspect, maintain and install production tools. Ensuring that production tools are in correct specs.

Worked as assembler
