Am a Data Capturer in field of heath system capable of capturing information from paper form into the health system that are used to capture data. 

Experience

I have previously worked as a data capture for the South Department of health, working with Tier.Net and the paper-based ART registers, ETR, DHIS,DHIS WEB, It also included doing weekly and monthly data for the facility and giving the community health workers list of participants to be traced and linked back into care. 

I also worked as a Data Capture for Aurum Institute Organisation and HIV institute doing quality control and maintaining an effective and efficient filing system electronically and paper based, I have also worked as a roving data capture focusing on capturing club registers (facility), CCMDD, TB and HIV programme. 
 

Education

I have a matric certificate which I completed in 2015 and a college certificate in academic advancement program in 2016 with basics of IT Skills. And currently studying towards finishing my certification in Information System Introduction at IQ Academy.
