My Name is Nkanyezi Radebe and I am a wife and a mother of two . I have been working at my current occupation since from 2022 and my job description is assist clients with their policies such as sending them their policies documents, updating clients profiles and I also assist with registering claims .

I am passionate about teaching and upskilling people with the knowledge and skills I have acquired.

My skill are communicating ,problem solving and ability to work in a team and also independent.

Experience

I am a claims consultant and I have been registering claims from April 2024 previously I was a customer care representative where I used to upsell ,assist with profile administration from 2022 till April 2024.I am currently working for telesure investment holdings and I have been working there since from 2022 March till to date

Education

I have acquired a N6 certificate for Educare and this was at South West College
