The job focuses on managing queries across the NSFAS value chain, ensuring information sharing and dissemination, managing escalations, and providing recovery support.

Education, training, and qualification: Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship from Cape Peninsula University of Technology, major modules in Financial Management, Small Business Management, Communication, Marketing, Mercantile Law, Business Computer Applications, Economics, Small Business Operations, and Entrepreneurship Practice.
