Njabulo Shabalala

I studied Chemical Engineering through the University of South Africa I graduated in July of 2021; I have two years work experience through my Work Integrated Learning (WIL). Currently I am studying towards an advanced diploma of the same field.

I am a highly motivated and progress-focused individual who is also a very quick learner with a track record of initiative and dependability. I'm looking to expand and further develop my skills.
 

Throughout the course of my traineeship, I have perfected my technical proficiency and ability to use interpersonal communication and conflict management abilities. I am a capable and consistent problem-solver skilled at prioritizing and managing projects with proficiency.

In my previous role, I have contributed critical thinking, knowledge of tender administration, and organizational skills toward team efforts and business improvements. I am progressive minded and in tune with new developments in my field. I have proven to be effective and collaborative with strong decision-making talents. I enjoy collective brainstorming sessions which allows me to coordinate activities to achieve a common goal.

I hold National Diploma in Chemical Engineering from University of South Africa and a National Senior Cerificate (Matric).
