As a recently graduated Town and Regional Planning professional, I am eager to apply my theoretical knowledge and practical skills to contribute to the development and implementation of sustainable and livable communities. My strong understanding of urban design principles, land use planning, and community engagement, coupled with my excellent analytical and communication skills, make me wellsuited for a position in this field. I am confident in my ability to bring value to your organization by providing fresh insights and innovative solutions to planning challenges and by actively engaging with stakeholders to ensure that their needs and concerns are taken into account in the planning process.

Recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Town and Regional Planning from the University of Pretoria. My coursework focused on 1) urban planning principles and practices, 2) zoning and land use regulations, 3)housing and economic development policies and programs, 4) analyzing and drafting of policies, frameworks and conecptual plans, 5) developmental planning, 6) planning interventions on municipal, national and supranational scales, 7) research and research methodology, 8) settlement establishment and planning , and I have a solid understanding of planning principles and techniques. I am eager to apply my education and skills in a real-world setting and grow my professional experience in the field
