About Nivani Padayachee:
I have a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Management from the University of South Africa, in addition to my Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal. My studies included chemistry, microbiology, and environmental management and my field experience includes laboratory techniques and data analysis and collection.
Given my background in environmental, health, and safety departments in the petro-chemical industry, I feel I am in a great position to make significant contributions to any organisation. In each of my previous roles, I have delivered success on a range of business objectives by applying a focused personal integrity and work ethic, as well as a passion for problem solving.
My past work experience in the petro-chemical industry and certifications have equipped me with skills in strategic planning, incident reporting, effective risk assessment and site audits. I am confident that my ability to manage daily operations, with strong communication and organizational skills will produce best results for your establishment. My level of experience as an administrator for industrial environmental programs is exceptional and includes the most recent regulatory updates, including ISO 140001.

WAR ROOM COORDINATOR
This role was a key interface between the Operations department and various other departments within the organization. This involved vital exchange of data between departments in the form of statistics, graphs and presentations. Set up dashboards containing daily updates to ensure the business was informed on the progression of Operations scheduled tasks. Coordinating the work pack process flow ensuring any deviations were reported to management. Managing and training other administrators to efficiently carry out war room duties.

The main aspects of the job involved collection of statistical schedule data, safety and health compliance and monitoring of environmental protocols. Execution of all procurement requirements, including ensuring the employees personal protective equipment met the safety regulations and environmental protocols. Reporting all statistics requested by the client to ensure adherence to targets and the schedule, including key performance indicators. Human resource lead onsite which required attending to all contractual requirements, HR queries and staff engagements.
