I am a highly experienced professional with extensive "hands on" expertise combined with wide experience in Retail. I am an effective organiser and prioritiser who allocates and co-ordinates resources, both human and material, to the best effect. Currently I am an Estee Lauder Brand Beauty Advisor at Woolworths East Rand Mall, my roles are as follows:   Customer service , communicating and educating customers , listening to my customers carefully and identifying a solution to their needs . Maintaining superior product knowledge . Make overs , demonstrating how to use a product , stock take , stock counts ordering of stock , receiving stock , merchandising ,New business , Counter Admin ...

I initially started work in Edgars Alberton as a Service Centre Operator. I later capitalised on the opportunity to be developed as a Beauty Consultant within the Store. I trained for 1 year within the Store and then moved to the Red Square Store for in-depth training. 
An opportunity presented itself at Edgars Boksburg which allowed me to identify and discover my full potential as I was appointed as the Sales/ Beauty Consultant of the entire Store.

My department has exceeded it's sales budgets as well as maintaining an exceptional stock-loss percentage since my appointment at the store; a decision was later made by the Executives to close down Edgars Boksburg on the 14 of February 2015. 
I was redeployed on the 23rd of February 2015 to  Edgars Chris Hani Crossing. 
May 2015 relocated to Edgars Bay West Mall , in Port Elizabeth Revlon Ambassador .Two years later i applied for  Estée Lauder Beauty Consultant in Truworths from 2016 December 2016 the counter was on 1,5 Million I took it to new heights 3,5 Million. 2023 November I left to Woolworths East Rand mall that is where I am at the moment.
