Nikita Nandlal

My name is Nikita Nandlal, and I am a graduate of the IIE Varsity College. I graduated with a BA Degree majoring in Psychology and Communication Science. Furthermore, I have completed a UNISA programme in Industrial and Organisational Psychology. Over the years of working and studying, I gained increased interest in the matters of management and administration in respect to the corporate environment. Currently, I pursue a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, with the intention to further my studies into an MBA programme in the foreseeable future.

I have gained much knowledge in the construction, hospitality, marketing, reception, finance and retail industries that have led my development as a person. Throughout my working career, I emersed myself within the different working environments to better understand the mechanics behind business development and growth opportunities. I had the opportunity to learn and adapt myself to perform at the best of my capabilities and work at my optimum. I have attained excellent interpersonal skills, become knowledgeable, time efficient and understanding towards employees and employers needs.
