Hello there!

I'm Nico Johst, a 33-year-old family man navigating the exciting world of the construction industry. 

At the core of my life are my WONDERFUL wife and two AMAZING kids who bring BOUNDLESS joy and purpose to each day.

Professionally, I've built my career in construction, where every project is a canvas for innovation and problem-solving. 

From he ground up, I've been involved in diverse construction endeavors, overseeing everything from residential developments to commercial builds, specifically working with Redefine, API and Growthpoint shopping mall maintenance and re-instatement. 

Each day in the construction industry brings new challenges, and I thrive on finding effective solutions that ensure projects are not only completed on time and within budget but also EXCEED expectations.

Family is my anchor, and they are the driving force behind everything I do. 

Balancing the demands of the construction site with the warmth of home life is a delicate dance, but one that I take on with passion and dedication. 

The lessons I learn in the field, whether about teamwork, communication, or resilience, often mirror the values I instill in my own household.

Outside of hard hats and blueprints, you'll likely find me enjoying quality time with my family, exploring the outdoors, or engaging in a bit of DIY home improvement. 

There's a unique satisfaction in building a strong foundation at work and then returning home to nurture the foundation of my family.

Life is a construction project of its own, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to be hands-on, laying the bricks and creating something lasting. 

As I continue to grow in my career, I carry the same principles of integrity, diligence, and innovation into every aspect of my life.
