I have extensive HR & Payroll management experience. I am currently the HR Manager for an NGO which entails a high volume of recruitment, inductions, employee well being, disciplinaries and all aspects of HR. As for payroll management which is also a process of its own, I am also responsible for the entire payroll process. I have been HR & Payroll for the several years.
