 I have only worked at Bayer CropScience since 2011 as general worker for 2 years, 2013 I worked as a line operator for 2 years, 2015 I was promoted to junior line Supervisor of which I worked for 3 years, 2018 I was promoted to senior supervisor where I worked for 4 years ( I also did a short tem  assignment as a continuous improvement technician for 1 year 6 Months), 2022 I was promoted to supervisor specialist for 2 years, 2024 I was to Production filling Expert which is the position I am currently in.. Total of 14 years Production experience

I finished my matric in 2009, and 2018 I started pursuing a diploma in Operations Management
