I have extensive experience with filing and organizing documents. For the past two years, I’ve worked as an administrative assistant for a large firm and was responsible for maintaining their electronic filing system. I’m proficient in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat, and I’ve also developed my own color-coding system to help me quickly find documents when needed. Additionally, I have experience creating complex filing systems that are easy to navigate while still being secure. I believe this experience makes me uniquely qualified for the job

I have been involved in several large-scale projects over the years, from developing residential sites to major highways and other infrastructure projects. During my time at [Actophambili Roads], I was responsible for site admin, record keeping, dealing with clients, preparing quantities for making payments certificates for main contractor and sub-contractors. Preparing monthly progress reports for client meeting, revising program of works monthly as project goes, compiling appendices for client’s meeting.
