I am a mature, admitted attorney who specialises in Corporate and Commercial Law. I have experience in both fields, particularly in Corporate Law. I have an interest in the Law of Corporate Finance and would be very eager to be in a role that exposes me to this field. I am passionate about SMME's and medium-sized enterprises. I am located in Gqeberha, but would be open to relocating. 

I have 3 years of professional experience in corporate and commercial law, having served my articles in a boutique law firm that specialises in these two fields. I have had the privilege of working on matters involving high-stakes commercial litigation and arbitration. I am very familiar with the commercial arbitration process. I have also conducted extensive work in company law matters, including share transactions, company secretarial services, and trusts. I enjoy my work immensely and find great reward in what I do. I believe that in pursuing my Masters in Corporate Law, which I am currently doing, I will be able to understand this area of law much more and excel in it.
