I’m a reliable, service-driven professional with a strong background in remote customer support, sales development, and administrative operations. I’m passionate about creating positive experiences for every client I assist, whether through inbound and outbound communication, chatbot support, or managing company emails with care and precision. Beyond my professional life, I’m deeply involved in my community — I was proudly featured in the Randburg Sun for my contributions to local initiatives and currently serve on the School Governing Body at Risidale Primary School, where I help support the school’s vision, development, and learner success. In my free time, I enjoy reading, traveling, and finding creative ways to stay connected to my community and family. My goal is to bring the same level of dedication, empathy, and commitment I show in my community into every professional opportunity I pursue.
 

In my current role as a Sales Development Representative at ShiftRx, I work closely with both pharmacy professionals and healthcare facilities across the United States, handling inbound and outbound service calls, chatbot inquiries, and support email management. This role has strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, resolve issues efficiently, and manage multiple systems simultaneously, including CRMs like HubSpot to communication tools like Slack and Zoom all while maintaining accuracy, empathy, and professionalism. I’ve learned the importance of precision, time management, and maintaining a friendly, solution-oriented approach with every interaction.

Prior to that, I served as a Virtual Assistant at Greenlight Care Services UK, where I handled scheduling, client communication, and administrative tasks for a healthcare staffing team. My responsibilities included coordinating logistics, processing invoices, and managing client records, all of which required exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
