Experience

I have a variety of experience in different environments which have helped shaped me professionally. I have worked in the food franchise, working with people (interpersonal skills), worked under pressure as well a with finances required to be honest, transparent, trustworthy and ethical. I was also exposed to Human resources where I was observing in interview, shortlistings and greiveinces. Every job has aspects that one can use for the next job no matter what environment. Confidentiality was key aspect learnt as well as compassion and learning to be direct, fair and firm. 

Currently I am I the administrative side where I have learnt about producing reliable and accurate information, and record keeping. Learnt to work under pressure and produce accurate results, archiving, and working under pressure (deliver under pressure). Working on Excell alot to consolidate information. Went on training “supervisory fondation” to learn how to be efficient and properly be able to support and supervise employees and work well In the department.

 matric/grade 12

Post matric degree in psychology
