Neave holds an MBA certificate (Business Management and Development), Nebosh Degree, Corporate Risk Management, Business Law, Human Resource Management, an instructor Certificate Holder of American Heart Association Instructor for BLS & ACLS and numerous others industry related certifications.

He is currently the Managing Director of Arcfyre Nigeria and East Africa with core mandate to restructure and reposition the organisation on business development and profit maximization across the region while sustaining the existing businesses.
