My name is Gilbert Chauke, and I have over 20 years of professional work experience. As the executive manager, I always play a significant role in creating a company culture where all employees feel appreciated and that their time with the company is a worthwhile. While I believe that everyone in the company has a specific duty and I still play a leadership role and motivate my subordinates to enhance productivity. I provide guidance while also managing high-level company needs.
