My name is Gilbert Chauke, and I have over 20 years of professional work experience.  As the executive manager, I always play a significant role in creating a company culture where all employees feel appreciated and that their time with the company is a worthwhile. While I believe that everyone in the company has a specific duty and I still play a leadership role and motivate my subordinates to enhance productivity. I provide guidance while also managing high-level company needs. I always behave with integrity, honesty, decisiveness, empathy, thoughtfulness and kindness in supporting my staff as they work toward their professional goals. Moreover, I always invest more energy in developing meaningful relationships with employees within the company and inspire them to reach their full potential. I believe that communication is a key component of effective leadership, which is why I focus on listening to feedback and fostering honest communication between my team members.
