I have acquired skills in lean manufacturing, lean six sigma green belt and focus on FMCG strategies and tools. My goal as an industrial is to always drive reduction of waste and losses and improve efficiencies.

My number one goal in implementing production processes is to save costs for the business and increase profits while maintaining our margins.

I started my career at Colgate Palmolive a FMCG company for 24 months and I was promoted to industrial engineer driving business needs and requirements for improvements for 7 years I acquired a lot of experience in material losses efficiencies and driving change. I then joined RCL Foods as a process engineer where I lead a team of process leaders for managing our processing systems and implementing system driven production targets.

My highest qualification is a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering at the Durban University of Technology I am currently pursuing my honours in Industrial Engineering to be completed by end of 2024 at Durban University of Technology.
