With over 15 years of retail experience with Ackermans and almost 10 years of management ,I would be the ideal candidate for  this position,To continuously strive for excellence, to work in such an environment that will enhance my knowledge

to accept challenging work and contribute forward the success of esteem organization by hard work and acquired skills.my daily duties was as follows

• Daily running of store, Admin, managing staff, solving staff issues.
• To achieve sales targets, cost and shrinkage control, dealing with customer complaints, staff 
schedule, motivate and training of staff.
• Making sure that the company policy and procedures are adhered to, making sure that 
customer service is our 1st priority and also making sure all staff are treated fair and in a 
professional manner
