About Natasha Nel:
I am a registered Industrial Psychologist and registered Human Resource Practitioner at SABPP. I pride myself in my professional conduct and business ethics I apply to my daily tasks. I am a highly organised individual, and strive for the highest level of quality in my work. My work experience has contributed to my personal development into a subject matter expert (SME), and has helped me to develop a key interest and passion for research and using scientific tools to build employees’ capacity to change and achieve greater effectiveness by developing, improving, and reinforcing strategies, structures, and processes. I enjoy working with people and functioning in a team, but my organised nature allows me to perform my duties with minimal supervision.
