I have achieved and exceeded my expectations throughout the years that I’ve been employed and are still hungry to learn more and give more of myself.
Experience
Starting as a Sales Consultant, I have grown tremendously from where my successful journey has started. I took on a challenge to work as a Voice Team Leader in Student Services Department without any experience or knowledge, however I succeeded in executing my duties and grow. Within a period of nine months I was promoted to Media Team Leader. This role open up a lot of opportunities for me and I learned so much more which added so much value to my service delivery and management skills that I was able to stand in when my supervisor was unavailable. My role also provided me with the necessary skills in order to participate in the ISO Audit where I created all the policies and procedures for DCC Student Services Department with the help of my team. I understand that this role has a lot of responsibilities and will require 100% input of which I am willing to do whatever it takes in order to achieve my goal.
Education
I have completed my studies in obtaining a Bachelor of Commerce in Management NQFL7 and Project Management Certificate NQFL5 with Lyceum College of Higher Education, a Damelin Customer Relationship Management Certificate and an INTEC Call Centre Management Diploma. Currently, I am studying towards a Post Graduate Certificate in Education NQFL8
