I have over 10 years of experience in office administration, sales support, and executive assistance roles. My career began as a PA & Sales Administrator, where I provided administrative and personal assistant support to senior management, managed email correspondence, invoicing, filing, calendar coordination, and day-to-day office operations.
I then progressed into a Sales & Procurement Manager role, where I combined administrative, operational, and coordination responsibilities. In this position, I supported business operations through client communication, order processing, inventory coordination, documentation, and reporting, while ensuring accuracy, deadlines, and service standards were consistently met.
Across all roles, I have developed strong skills in remote-ready administration, including email and document management, invoicing, scheduling, client support, and independent task management. I am known for being reliable, detail-oriented, and able to support teams and executives efficiently in fast-paced and remote working environments.
Education
I completed my Grade 12 with a Bachelor’s Pass at Oudtshoorn High School (2009–2013). My studies included Mathematics, English Home Language, Afrikaans FAL, Accounting, Business Studies, and Computer Application Technology, providing a strong foundation in communication, business principles, numerical skills, and computer literacy relevant to office administration and remote work environments.
