With my educational background as a CA, and MBA holder with more than 10 years senior management experience, obtained through senior and executive management positions held in different industry sectors, ranging from state owned entities, public entities and private companies in industries such as pharmaceutical manufacturing, the energy sector, transport and logistics and telecommunications.

Experience in technical accounting applications (IFRS/GRAP), development of Business Process Management framework for start-up operations (Neotel Telecoms establishment in 2008), mergers & acquisitions and management of finance and enterprise support service functions.

Career achievements include, amongst others:

• Valuation models for business acquisitions and accounting for Purchase Price Allocations for Mergers and Acquisitions transactions.
• Restructuring and merging of different entities models into one optimum business model post business acquisition. 
• Initiated Change Management Systems on organizational restructuring and re-organisation models in managing organisations change management processes.
• Management and reporting of donor funding including project management.
