Naomi Mqhayisa

 I am a student who is studying Bachelor of Journalism at Rhodes University. As an avid reader and natural critic, I am excited for the opportunity to apply for the role of a reviewer. I possess a keen eye for detail, exceptional writing skills, and an ability to analyze and articulate opinions on various types of media. My passion for exploring new ideas and perspectives through literature and other forms of entertainment make me a valuable candidate for the job. I am confident that with my skills and a dedication to producing high-quality reviews, I can contribute positively to the team.

My experience as a waitress and event planner has taught me valuable skills that I know would make me an excellent candidate for the position of a reviewer. As a waitress, I had to have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills and a strong ability to anticipate the needs of my customers. These skills have made it possible for me to evaluate and critique the ambiance and service in restaurants, making me a great fit for the job. As an event planner, I have also honed my skills in organizing and coordinating events, which has given me an edge in being attentive and perceptive to the smallest details. My experience in both service-oriented industries has given me an ability to notice things that most people miss, which is an important quality in someone who critiques products or services. Overall, I firmly believe that my skills and experience as a waitress and event planner make me a strong fit for the role of a reviewer. I have worked at Jack Bagels from March 2023 - present and I have worked as an event planner for Intyatyambo Teen Mom Organisation for 2 years.
