Hello, my name is Nancy Mwakapenda. I am a graduated student who studied for an Advanced Diploma Interior design at The Tshwane University Of Technology on the Arts Campus. There is a lot that I have learned during my tertiary years and I am still learning a lot more. 

One of the things I have had the chance of learning is that everything that you do matters. It is easy to want something but putting in the effort and time is not as easily done. The lessons I’ve learned is that hard work as well as good and bad criticism can truly build a person, a strong-willed mind and heart can take you far when you have your mind set on a specific goal. 

Therefore, I can truly say I am hard-working and strive to do better, I enjoy being challenged with different tasks that I believe in the end will provide me with life long lessons that I can use in future projects. I would love to have the opportunity to learn more from your company and show how I can be a valuable asset to you.

Work experience includes: 

• Fumane Spaces Design (Freelancing job): Job description Includes: Concept/floorplan, technical drawings and 3D Renderings (February 2022 – current) 

• Tshwane University of Technology: Working as a tutor to students, assisting them in presentation layouts, Revit software and design (March 2022 - October 2022) 

• Au Pair: Caretaker to 2 kids, picking them up from school and helping them with homework (February 2023 – current)

Education

Qualifications Include: 

• Obtained A National Diploma In Interior Design (For the year of study in 2021)

• Obtained An Advanced Diploma In Interior Design (For the year of study in 2022)
