I am currently working as a Workforce Manager at Medscheme health in Johannesburg. In this position I am responsible for data gathering and real time analysis for contact centers within the company. I would describe myself as someone who is a hard worker and easily adaptable to any change. Combined with my experience I believe I can make a valuable contribution to your organisation.
