I am applying for the position of call centre agent.

I am currently unemployed and I have experience as a MTN call centre agent where I dealt with queries and billings in an inbound call centre as well as Eltell ,Vodacom franchise and I dealt with sales .

The skills I posses will be ideal for the position, l enjoy calls and helping people.

I enjoy working as part of team but I am equally comfortable working on my own initiative.

Education

I passed matric and I studied tourism but didn’t complete.
