With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry I feel my passion, loyalty, knowledge, dedication and hard work ethic will speak volumes.  

My greatest teacher has been every restaurant and hotel I have worked for, with a grade 10 in my pocket nothing can teach you more than being on the floor, learning how each establishments internal structures work and spending my time trying to improve and study every interracial system so that I can perform to the best of my ability.
