In my current job position as an Operations Analyst, I have worked with different clients to understand their business processes, requirements and provide technical solutions to improve their business operations. I have experience in analyzing, testing systems and have a track record of delivering successful projects within the allocated budget and timeline. I also have experience in working with External consultant Teams to ensure project implementation.

My technical skills include proficiency in programming languages such as, SQL, P/L SQL, Power Query, Power BI and Excel.

I am a great communicator and problem-solver. I can collaborate with different teams to analyze complex problems, find solutions, and present them to stakeholders effectively. I have experience in documenting technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials to ensure seamless project implementation and user adoption.

I am very experienced in analytical and administrative skills, I offer significant abilities and experience in organizing, prioritizing, confidentiality of documents, and detailed preparation of reports and projects. My ability to get along well with others, to make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines, and effectively coordinate in fast paced environments have all contributed to my growth in the working environment.

My experience as an analyst has well equipped me to analytical interpretation and manage organizational expectations. I am a goal orientated person and I plan and create strategies to achieve my long term objectives.
