With a decade-long career in the retail industry, I have honed my skills in customer service, sales, and visual merchandising. As a Merchandiser at Smollan from February 2012 to January 2022, I was responsible for inventory management, product display, customer assistance, and store layout optimization. I ensured shelves and displays were properly stocked according to visual merchandising guidelines and created attractive displays to promote products and increase sales. I also managed product returns and exchanges, adhering to company policies to ensure a positive customer experience.

Throughout my career, I have been recognized for my creativity, adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and exceptional customer service. I thrive in collaborative environments and prioritize open communication, believing that teamwork and cooperation are essential for achieving shared goals.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Sciences with a focus on Internal Auditing at UNISA, which I started in January 2023. This degree is equipping me with comprehensive knowledge and skills in accounting and auditing, preparing me for professional roles within the financial sector.

Prior to this, I completed a Higher Certificate in Accounting Sciences at UNISA from January 2022 to October 2022. This certificate provided me with a solid foundation in accounting principles and practices.
