An aspiring software Tester | Developer who is passionate about technology, self motivated, an enthusiastic candidate who is keen on learning new things and understand more about the tech industry, and solve problems using different technical skills.

I am looking for an opportunity to learn and grow in the software development space. I have learned and worked with C#, Selenium WebDriver, .NET Core, Java (Object Oriented Programming), Python, JavaScript, Relational Databases, SQL, Persistence in Java and HTML with CSS during my time at WeThinkCode_. I hope my journey leads me to being one of the best out there.


Project Reviewer

At WeThinkCode_ From Jun 2022 - Aug 2022

  • Role: Review group projects and assess technical ability and culture fit based on what they present in
    the review.
  • Read and understand the technical requirements of the group projects provided to the boot campers in order to reliably conduct a review of the code and a candidate’s technical ability.
  • Conduct 45 minute review sessions on a group project and provide feedback on a candidate’s technical and cultural fit based on my experience as a student.
  • Review and provide feedback on a candidate’s interest in technology in order to gauge if they have the right motives for joining the WeThinkCode_ program.
  • Review a candidate’s understanding of basic programming concepts in order to gauge if they will keep up with the pace and difficulty of the course.

Project Mentor

At WeThinkCode_ From Jun 2022 - Aug 2022

  • Role: Support and guide boot campers when they need help and provide additional insights about boot campers to help WeThinkCode_ select the best people for the program and the community.
  • Be available to assist for a full 6 day boot camp.
  • Support and guide mentees while they plan their project and observe their interactions and engagements and report on this in the Boot camp Management System(BMS).
  •  Observe engagements and participation in the Slack discussions and report on this in the BMS.
  • General mentoring and support where needed.


WeThinkCode_ (September 2021 - December 2022)

WeThinkCode_ is training the next generation of Africa's top tech talent to promote the digitization of African business. The program has a mission to close the skills gap in the digital sector and prepare youth to participate in the economy.
