I am a purposeful and selfless person who has the companies interests at heart. My hardworking personality does not allow me to be satisfied with bare minimums. I am dependable, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about achieving goals in a timely and effective manner. I have 3 and half years within the Telecommunications industry therefore i have excellent communication and listening abilities as well as the ability to think logically. I'm good at following directions and instructions. By nature, I am a perfectionist which complements my organizational and management abilities.
Therefore should I be considered for this position I'd like to contribute and be a part of this organisation’s growth while also improving my interpersonal skills and broadening my knowledge as part of a diverse team

I've worked for companies such as KuraSA, Blake's etc and integrated in departments such as sales, customer service, debt collections, rotations and cancellations within the contact centre umbrella I've worked with systems such as SAP, Microsoft office, CRM just to name a few that Is why i believe my experience has prepared me to atleast get assessed via an interview so I can showcase my knowledge and skills.

I Stidied at the SA Maritime School and Transport College and have certificates within Customs clearance, Freight forwarding and international trade, which also gives me a more clear understanding as to what the company is about, It is more in the tourism market I know but with my knowledge it gives me the advantage to give good customer satisfaction with what I have learnt so far.
