Actively manage MAN/HINO/TATA accounts to achieve set objectives.

Manage clients overall fleet systems requirements and needs. 

Ensuring customer needs are attended to and actioned timely. 

Setup sensors and configs on installed units (Canbus, hardwire fuel monitoring, PTO switches, Temperature sensors and DID Tags).

Assist clients with day-to-day vehicle monitoring and tracking activities.

Perform health checks on corporate client’s fleet and book repairs for faulty units.

Assist clients with scheduling vehicle service and licence disk reminders

Updating vehicle KM readings after every service interval.

Assigning DID Tags to drivers for access to company vehicles.

Ensure client receive their historical driver activity logs and reports including cost and efficiency reports such as driver behaviour, fuel utilisation, distance travelled, risk management summaries, fleet productivity and movements.

November 2017 – June 2018

Answering calls and respond to customer emails. 

Sell products and place orders for customers on the system.

Manage and resolve customer complaints. 

Follow up customer calls where necessary.

Provide new customers with product and service information.

Complete call logs and reports.
