Analytical, intuitive, articulate results-driven Advocate admitted to practice before the Superior, Subordinate and Small Claims Courts in the Republic of Kenya (LLB University of Leicester –United Kingdom) with experience in rendering legal advice on matters involving multiple jurisdictions within law firms and non-legal environments, an essential feature of modern law practice required to enhance the global competitiveness of work teams. 

I specialize in International Law, Labour Law, Constitutional and Human Rights Law, and as a qualified Corporate & NGO Professional with 13 years of work experience within the Legal Advisory services and Diplomatic Mission frameworks (9 years):I deal in operations designed to minimise liability exposure; while protecting valuable personnel, equipment, resources, and facilities in both legal and non-legal office environments. 

I thrive in the promotion of advocacy; through the design, implementation, and oversight of legal and non-legal programs(general law practice, legal compliance, research; politics; social, economic, and community development; administration and operations; compliance): motivated by the challenges associated with bringing together the people, organizations, and resources required to promote and sustain progress and organisational growth and, energized by the results of promoting sound governance and human rights practices within vulnerable populations.

2016 -2017 - Kenya School Of Law - Advocates Training Programme 

The ATP programme is designed to equip lawyers with the practical skills required by the profession as mandated by the Kenya School of Law Act, 2012 and the Advocates Act Cap16. The programme fills the gap for practical and clinical experiential training that prepares the lawyers for effective legal practice. At the end of the program, I was admitted as an advocate of the High Court of Kenya with the ability to:

1. Apply substantive and procedural law to solve legal problems. 
2. Use effective oral and written communication skills in discharging professional duties. 
3. Conduct legal research and analysis in problem-solving. 
4. Demonstrate proper professional and ethical responsibilities to clients and the court.
5. Draft correspondence, pleadings and other legal documents. 
6. Establish and manage a law firm.
